When is the last day to join? March 14th, 2018 (the later you join, the less time you’ll have to lose)

Briefly, how does it work? 

  • Bet on yourself: $35 into the Pot
  • Goal: Lose 4% body weight
  • How long: over 4 weeks
  • What happens if I do that: you split the pot

Whats the probability I’ll actually lose weight? According to the DietBet website, winners on average lose about 9 pounds per person.  96% of players lose weight, and winners typically get 1.5-2x their bet on average (that’s $52.50-$70, but results may vary).

How does it work.. in detail?

  1. Join the DietBet, by clicking the link above.  You will put your money in the pot ($35).  After four weeks whoever has lost 4% of the total body weight will split the pot. (The bigger the pot, the bigger the winnings, so share with your friends!!)
  2. Weigh-in: on January 30th (2 days before the official start) you will be prompted (via email and app notification) to submit your official weigh in.  The process includes submitting 2 pictures, one with you on a scale, and one of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.  Why? The word is Dietbet’s way to time stamping the pictures to ensure a fair weigh-in.  What should I wear? Lightweight clothing. Will anyone see my weight? No! Weight is kept private unless you change permissions on your settings.
  3. Play the game:  Once your weight has been verified by Dietbet officials, you’ll receive notification via email and application allowing you to begin playing the game.  You have 28 days to lose 4% of your total body weight.  This is the hard part.  Does it have to be a keto diet? Nope! I highly encourage you to play with your friends, keto or not.
  4. Weigh-out: The weight-out process is the same as the weigh-in process.  You will have 48 hours after the completion of the dietbet to weigh out.
  5. Win your money! Once your dietbet weigh-out weight has been verified, and you have in fact lost 4% of your total body weight, you win! Within 24 hours of the final weigh-out period ends, the results are posted and the pot is divided among the winners.  You will be notified via email.  You will be paid in “points” which can be used for additional dietbet games or cashed out via pay pal at any time.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

I don't often get cravings for cereal or breakfast foods, but after I made this recipe and posted it to Instagram a few times, my followers thought it would be great to try this as a cereal.  The day, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Keto cereal was born! 

All the ingredients should be able to be found at your local grocery store, but I did have some followers tell me they had a hard time finding the unsweetened coconut flakes, so I just thought I'd link all the ingredients in case you just wanted to buy it off amazon.  

This recipe is perfect for busy days.  The fat from the cacao butter and nuts will keep you full and satisfied all day long!
