You Not Cutting Back on Carbs Enough

Ketosis is the natural state where the body is using fat as energy.  It causes you to produce ketones which are excreted in your urine.  To achieve Ketosis, you should be eating below 50 grams of net carbs per day.  Individuals who are “keto-adapt” can eat up to 100 grams of net carbs and still remain in ketosis.

I personally stick to as few carbs as possible at all times.  This helps ensure that I remain in Ketosis and that I continue to lose weight!
