Reason Number 4 Why You Aren’t Losing Weight on a Low Carb Diet

You’re not eating real food.

On any low carb diet, you should aim to eat real, whole untouched foods.  Examples of these foods include:

  • Eggs
  • Chicken
  • Beef
  • Pork
  • Lettuce
  • Zucchini
  • Broccoli

Substituting high carb foods with low carb selections is okay every once in a while, but these foods aren’t generally made with whole foods.
