I’ve been a little too addicted to the scale lately. I did this in August with great success(lost 15 pounds!) My monthly goals are the following:
✔Drink 120 oz of water or more a day
✔800 Calorie burn 5 days a week
✔Intermittent fasting all October
✔Focus on my sleep needs
✔Eating strict Keto
