February Progress

Alright guys, and just like that February is a wrap.  I know you’re all curious about the calendar, so lets get to the details.

 

 

The Results:

So this month, I was able to lose 1 pound, and 1/2 inch, which is great! I didn’t do quite as well as I thought I would do this month but I learned a lot.  This month was HIGH stress.  My thesis was due, my presentation was due, and I had so much work to do.  I had a few binge episodes that I’m certainly not proud of, but I’ve learned from.  Luckily I have a fantastic support system that has encouraged me during this month and helped me create skills for avoiding these binge activities.  I’m not going to go into details on what I ate, what the situation was, or anything like that— just so I don’t trigger myself into another episode.  The moral of the story here is that I’m still learning on how to avoid binge tendencies.
