Note: The sauce in this recipe makes 13 servings– each serving being 26 g or 2 tbs.

Main Dish
1.50 cups Cauliflower
6 oz Shrimp, peeled and cooked
½ tsp Onion poweder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Basil
Salt and Pepper
Green onion
Bang Bang Sauce
1.50 cups Mayonnaise

Put cauliflower into blender like a Ninja or Bullet Blender

Pulse blender for 2 seconds at a time, until cauliflower is riced.

Put riced cauiflower in a dry skilled on medium heat to remove moisture. Add in garlic powder, onion power, and basil mixing occasionally.

In another skillet, heat shrimp.

For the sauce, in a small mixing bowl add all ingredients.

Mix thoroughly until ingredients are blended smoothly.

Store in a container and refrigerate.

Once the moisture is removed from the cauliflower, remove from heat and place on a plate.

Peanut Butter Mousse

This creamy fluffy mousse has the perfect amount of peanut butter and sweetness to kill any craving! It whips up super quick, and only requires 5 ingredients, a mixer, spatula, and some cute ramekins!

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
5 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
5 drops EZ-Sweetz

In a KitchenAid Mixer: add Heavy Whipping Cream, McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, and Splenda No Calorie Sweetener . Whip until whipped cream is created.

Using room temperature cream cheese, add to the mixture.

Add in Smucker’s Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl every few minutes with Silicone Spatulas.

Once thoroughly mixed, you can either eat as is, or my favorite is to pop it in the freezer and eat it frozen/semi-frozen.
